- Complete 2 year employment history
- Paystubs – Last 30 Days
- W-2/1099’s – Last 2 Years
- Federal tax returns (All Pages) – Last 2 Years
- Business tax returns (Self-Employed Only) – Last 2 Years
- YTD Profit & Loss Statement (Self Employed Only)
- Retirement/Social Security income (If Applicable)
Property (If Applicable)
- Mortgage statement(s)
- Current Homeowners Insurance Agent Contact Information
- Property Tax bill
- Homeowners Association Dues Statement (If Applicable)
Special Circumstances (If Applicable)
- List of property you own with addresses
- Landlord Contact Information
- Bankruptcy papers
- Divorce or separation decree with alimony and child support information
- DD214 for VA loans
For Refinancing
- Mortgage note for the loan you are refinancing
- Owner’s Title policy and Survey
